Brilliance in leadership

  • It is better to lead from behind and to put others in front, especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur. You take the front line when there is danger. Then people will appreciate your leadership.
    Nelson Mandela

Looking forward to this years courses and meeting the participants whom I sure will be every bit as talented as those I've been fortunate to meet over the last 5-6 years.

And it is always an inspiring experience to sit in and hear phil deliver the material and speak to those return for the 2nd year.
